New mobile phone app allows travelers to easily report TSA abuses directly to appropriate agencies

Sick and tired of dealing with constant maltreatment, profiling, and flat-out abuse by U.S. Transportation Security Administration TSA screeners at American airports, a civil rights group known as The Sikh Coalition has created a mobile phone “app” that allows travelers to instantly file complaints with TSA and the Department of Homeland Security DHS immediately upon going through airport security.

A brilliant solution to continued TSA abuses, the app, known as FlyRights, provides travelers convenient access to filing official complaints, whether they concern invasive, unconstitutional pat downs; radiation emitting naked body scanners; inappropriate racial or religious profiling; or any other activity deemed inappropriate by travelers.

The app is available for both the iPhone and Android platforms.According to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution AJC, FlyRights not only makes it easy to file complaints by filling in pertinent user information and submitting directly to TSA and DHS, but it also allows travelers to “share” this information through their social networks in real time.

The hope is that users of the app will bring each incident to light, and create widespread awareness about TSA’s inappropriate activity.

The Cell

National healthcare is finally a reality, but has brought with it unintended consequences for the sick, the unwanted, and the growing ranks of the elderly. Political assassinations and bombings have become all too common in the nation’s capital. Elected officials rarely leave the safety of the Green Zone that surrounds the Capitol Complex.

With the passage of the Tolerance in Religion and Media Acts (TIRMA), churches have been forced to register and submit to content monitors, surrendering their rights to assemble and speak freely. The tea-parties and talk-radio – the last voices of opposition to the ever-expanding powers of Washington D.C. – have been all but silenced from the political process.

The Spirit of America has been broken. For the first time in history, people are leaving her fair shores for better opportunities in other lands. And though the candles of many churches in America have been extinguished, tiny flames of faith flicker and begin to grow.

But on the tenth anniversary of TIRMA, a priest makes final preparations to douse those flames and cut to the heart of the nation.

Lydia Chako – Charged With Attempting To Toss Infant Into Ocean, Claiming Believing Child Was Possessed By Demons

Clearwater, Florida – Lydia Maria Chako, a 39-year-old Clearwater woman was jailed after she allegedly tried to throw her 3-month-old child into the ocean because she believed the child was possessed by demons.

According to Clearwater police, officers were called to a Clearwater apartment complex after a property manager discovered that Chako’s apartment had become flooded.

The manager stated that when she knocked on the door and listened for a reply, Chako answered with disturbing comments about her child being covered in snaked and lizards. She was also throwing things, claiming that she was trying to keep “demons” from possessing her child.

Investigators say Chako was then observed walking away from the scene while holding the infant by his feet.

Officers found Chako partially naked while standing on a sea wall on Palm Bluff. She reportedly held the child as if she was preparing to drop him into the ocean.

Chako was apprehended after a brief struggle. The child is now in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Chako was booked into jail and charged with child abuse.

Catalina Clouser – Stoned Mom Drives Off With Baby On Top Of Car, Infant Found Laying In Street

Phoenix, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) – Catalina Clouser, a 19-year-old Phoenix woman was jailed after she allegedly got stoned, placed her baby on top of her car, then drove off – forgetting that her 1-month-old baby was on top of the car.

According to Phoenix police, witnesses called 911 around 1:00 a.m. to report that they had found a baby laying in the road strapped inside a car seat.

The child was unharmed, but was only wearing a diaper and seemed hungry. He was taken to a local hospital, then placed in the care of Arizona Child Protective Services.

Investigators say Clouser and her boyfriend had been smoking marijuana at a park earlier that evening when the couple – along with their 1-month-old baby – left at around 11 p.m. to purchase beer.

During the beer-run, police arrested Clouser’s boyfriend for aggravated DUI since a child was inside the car while he was driving intoxicated.

Clouser, angry that her boyfriend had been arrested, re-joined her friends and smoked “one or two additional bowls” of marijuana before deciding to call it a night. She reportedly walked to her car, placed the child on top of the car, and then drove off without realizing that she had left the child on top of the vehicle.

Clouser discovered her error when she arrived home and saw that the child was not in the back seat of her car. She drove back to her friends’ house only to find police officers processing the scene.

Clouser was booked into jail and charged with one count of aggravated DUI and one count of child abuse.
